Shapers Key Club in Damariscotta is celebrating its second anniversary on Sun., Feb. 15.
Begun in Feb. 2007 by a group of seven area women, Shapers is constantly being upgraded with the help and dedication of all its members.
Now a Key Club, membership allows 24/7 access to an effective and efficient workout with resistance and aerobic machines in a clean, fun, and friendly atmosphere.
Calling itself a health club for body and mind, Shapers’ management believes fitness is more than physical, and endeavors to promote friendship and care within its membership and the community.
Conveniently located just off Main Street under the Damariscotta River Grill in Damariscotta, the first workout is always free at Shapers.
