Raechelle and Matthew Haynes, of Thomaston, are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby girl, Skylar Pearl Haynes, born on Wednesday, April 13 at 7:55 p.m. at LincolnHealth-Miles Campus weighing 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and measuring 19 1/2 inches in length. Baby Skylar was also welcomed by big brother Eli Haynes.
