Wiscasset High School artists and musicians showcased their talent May 22 at the school’s annual Spring Gallery of the Arts.
The school’s cafeteria was transformed into an art gallery, which featured the creativity of Shalimar Poulin’s art students and included pencil drawings, photography, ceramics, and more.

Under the direction of Molly Winchenbach, the school’s band and chorus performed a live concert.
The concert band performance was highlighted by Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA.” Other band numbers included “Fanfare and Flourishes,” “Amazing Grace,” and “Three Kentucky Sketches.”
Seniors Abby Dunn and Chandler Longfellow sang “Poison and Wine” by The Civil Wars.
The concert choir sang “Dry your tears, Afrika” from “Amistad” and the recently released “Pompeii” by Bastille among their performances.
