The state valuation of real and personal property in Lincoln County has dropped by over $265 million in 2013, according to the website of the Maine Revenue Service.
The 2013 valuation is $7,463,100,000, down from last year’s valuation of $7,728,500,000.
Of Lincoln County towns, Bristol saw the biggest change with a decrease to $1,067,050,000 from last year’s $1,117,550,000, a decrease of 9.23 percent.
Somerville saw the least change in its valuation, $53,650,000 from $53,900,000, a decrease of 0.46 percent.
South Bristol was the only town in the county to see an increase in its valuation, $664,450,000 from $658,150,000, an increase of 0.95 percent.
