David Bollings, the current city manager of Oliver Springs, Tenn., will succeed Newcastle Town Administrator Ron Grenier.
Brian Foote, the chairman of the Newcastle Board of Selectmen, made the announcement at the board’s Jan. 23 meeting.
Grenier has said his last day will be Fri., March 2.
