Mr. and Mrs. Mark Flynn of Manhattan, New York are proud to announce the birth of baby girl Teigan Eloise, born Sept. 12 in New York, weighing eight pounds, three ounces and she was 21 inches long. Teigan was welcomed by her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs Berton Mahoney of Milford, Conn., and her maternal great grandmother, Dorothy Chapman of Damariscotta.
