Chuck and Megan Dinsmore of Damariscotta, and John and Kathleen McQuillan of Winthrop, Mass., are proud to present their first grandchild, Tess Oakley McQuillan, born July 3 at the Massachusetts General Hospital. She and her parents, Elizabeth and John McQuillan Jr., live in Boston.
