Christopher and Heather Leeman from Christopher Leeman Building Construction have built and donated another custom 8 by 16-foot shed. The shed is constructed of red cedar shingles, decking, has copper drip edge and cottage windows.
Though a very difficult decision due to the need in all surrounding towns, the Leemans hope to benefit and support the entire county by offering the proceeds of raffle tickets for the shed to The Community Energy Fund of Lincoln County.
This is the third consecutive year the Leemans have donated a shed to be raffled. The first year it was donated to the South Bristol School and the Bristol School, last year to the Bristol Lions Club, and now more people than ever will benefit from the raffle’s proceeds.
The Community Energy Fund (CEF) helps provide fuel assistance and helps to weatherize Lincoln County homes. CEF donates funds to towns throughout Lincoln County, which are then distributed to those in need of heating assistance.
Raffle tickets for the shed are $1 each or 6 for $5. Tickets will be available at local stores in Damariscotta, Bristol, South Bristol, Jefferson, Whitefield, Wiscasset, Nobleboro and Waldoboro. Tickets are available at King Eider’s Pub and Restaurant. For more information call Heather and Chris at 677-2022 for more information.
Chris and Heather would also like to thank Supplies Unlimited, Moose Crossing Garden Center, Hunts Lumber, Julies Greenhouse, Hancock Lumber and New England Building Materials for helping and donating to making this year’s shed donation possible.
