All three subjects were charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (firearm), class C.
According to the LCSO, the arrests followed a report of shots fired at a residence at 204 Upper East Pond Rd., around 1:20 a.m. Further information indicated a round had struck the residence.
Investigators discovered in fact five rounds struck the residence. Evidence was collected at the scene.
There were an adult female and two teenaged males in the residence at the time of the shooting. No one was injured in the incident.
Deputies subsequently stopped the Suburu, which they believed to be a suspicious vehicle. The Suburu was operated by and registered to Keith, LCSO reports.
A .22 caliber rifle was found in the vehicle. Interviews revealed there was a disagreement between Keith and a male teenager who lives at the address fired upon.
