Mandie Forrester and Brandon Murphy, of Waldoboro, are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby girl, Vinessa Jean Murphy, born on April 22 at 5:14 p.m. at LincolnHealth – Miles Campus weighing 7 pounds, 3 ounces, and 21 inches long. Baby Vinessa was also welcomed by big brothers Daniel Linker, 4, and Matthew Linker, 2.
