The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested Bradford Davis, 37, of Waldoboro, and charged him with trafficking bath salts and violating prior bail conditions Feb. 20.
According to a press release from Maine Department of Public Safety, MDEA Supervisor James Pease said this is the second arrest of Davis on similar charges in less than a month.
Pease said drug agents, state police, Lincoln County deputies and Waldoboro Police made the arrest at Davis’ home on Friendship Road, seizing 20 grams of bath salts.
Davis was free on bail after his Jan. 17 arrest when drug agents seized 44 grams of bath salts.
According to the press release, Pease said Davis has been selling the drug in Knox County.
Davis is being held at Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset with no bail allowed because of his prior arrest.
