Waldoboro Panthers and Medomak Riverhawks won their division at the 2012 Maine State Junior HIgh and Elementary Cheering championships on Saturday.
The Waldoboro Panthers grade 4-6 cheerleaders won the Elementary Division I Pee Wee class, beating out runner-up Woodland Dragons.
The Medomak Riverhawks won the Jr. HIgh Division III division for students in grades 6-8. GSB School place third, and the Ellsworth Falcons (Glam) second.
The Warren Panthers Elementary, Pee Wee class, grade 4-6 placed second in Division I to winners the Lamoine Lions.
