Waldoboro police are investigating a break in at Waltz Pharmacy in downtown Waldoboro on Oct. 9 at around 5 a.m.
The perpetrator threw a cinderblock through the picture window on the Main Street side of the pharmacy, entered the store and stole an undisclosed amount of prescription drugs. No cash or other items were taken, said Waldoboro Police Chief Bill Labombarde.
Labombarde and Waldoboro Detective Lance Mitchell are investigating the incident.
“We were unable to identify the suspect from surveillance tapes,” Labombarde said.
