Oct. 1, Officer Lance Mitchell received a complaint of ATV’s operating on the Rocky Ridge Rd. ATV’s were gone upon arrival to the area.
Oct. 2, Officer Lance Mitchell summonsed Nicole Anderson, 20, of Waldoboro, for theft and violation of conditional release.

Oct. 2, Sergeant Jamie Wilson is investigating thefts off of boats that were moored in the water. One boat owner had some criminal mischief done to his boat and a $230 pair of binoculars stolen. A second boat owner had batteries and water charts stolen, unknown value. A third boat owner had a full 6 gallon gas tank taken and a pair of binoculars.

Oct. 3, Officer Sean Kozer investigated an accident on the Atlantic Highway at 2:55 p.m. Annette Horak Yates, 67, of Palermo, who was driving a 2005 Ford 4 door sedan, was stopped to make a left turn onto the Washington Rd. Anne Parsons, 59, of Florence, Mass., driving a 2003 Toyota 4 door sedan, was stopped behind Yates. Karen Lemar, 33, of Wiscasset, who was operating a 2000 Mazda van struck Parsons, pushing Parson into Yates. Lemar’s Mazda sustained $5000 damage. Parsons’
