The Waldoboro Police Dept. reports the following activities.
Nov. 2, Officer Sean Kozer investigated an accident that occurred on the Washington Rd. at 1:42 a.m. Roger Feltis, 16, of Sangerville, was driving a 1998 Chevrolet, 4 door sedan, northbound on the Washington Rd. when he lost control and fishtailed into the southbound lane. Feltis overcorrected and went off the right side of the road, struck a utility pole, and spun clockwise in the road before coming to rest. A juvenile passenger had bruises/abrasions to the facial area.
Oct. 30, Sergeant Jamie Wilson Summonsed Dean Sylvia, 20, of Warren, for criminal speed.
Nov. 2, A summons was issued to Roger Feltis for carrying passenger beyond intermediate license and imprudent speed.
Nov. 3, Chief William Labombarde summonsed Benjamin Lufkin, 16, of Warren, for carrying passenger beyond license restriction.
Oct. 27, Officer Michel Dutil investigated a report of 10-12 political signs found in a dumpster at the Medomak Valley High School.
Oct. 28, Officer Lance Mitchell is investigating a reported theft of $300 worth of country and western CD’s from a private vehicle.
Oct. 28, Officer Lance Mitchell is investigating a report from a Washington Rd. resident regarding criminal mischief to his mailbox.
Oct. 29, Officer Lance Mitchell is investigating a reported burglary from a Flanders Corner resident. A $600 digital camera was allegedly taken.
Oct. 29, Officer Michel Dutil is investigating a report of harassment by a male subject.
Oct. 30, Officer Lance Mitchell is investigating a report that unknown subject(s) slashed all four of tires ($600 value) on a private vehicle while the vehicle was parked at the Chinese Jade restaurant.
Oct. 30, Officer Lance Mitchell responded to a Storer Mountain Rd. resident who reported that someone had taken some small political signs from her residence and a very large political sign from the Old Augusta Rd. The same individual later reported that someone had knocked over a political sign spray painted on an oil tank. Just before dark she saw someone stop and put it back up.
Oct. 31, Sergeant Jamie Wilson is investigating a report of loud music at Bullwinkle’s.
Nov. 1, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report from a Bremen Rd. resident of criminal mischief to his mailbox some time during the night.
Nov. 1, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a reported stolen cell phone.
Nov. 1, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report that someone jumped on a private vehicle the previous night, causing damage.
Nov. 2, Sergeant Jamie Wilson is investigating a report of a stolen, 1933 Chevrolet Master $10,000 value from an Old Augusta Rd road resident.
Nov. 2, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a reported burglary from a Friendship Rd. resident.
Nov. 3, A Waldoboro resident reported that he had another sign stolen on Saturday, and his mailbox was run over during the night.
