The Waldoboro Police report the following activities from the previous week:
Oct. 23, Officer Michel Dutil investigated an accident that occurred on the Atlantic Highway at 11:05 p.m. Michelle Lamontagne, 30, of Waldoboro, was operating a 2007 Chevrolet, pickup truck eastbound, behind a 1995 Chevrolet, pickup truck operated by Edward Worthley, 45, of Union. As Worthley took a left turn onto the Union Rd., Lamontagne collided into rear of Worthley’s truck. Lamontagne’s truck sustained $10,000 damage and she sustained bleeding in the leg area. Edward Worthley sustained $5000 damage to his truck and complained of pain in his back.
Oct. 29, Officer Michel Dutil arrested Russell Luce, 26, of Waldoboro for disorderly conduct and a violation of conditional release.
Oct. 29, Detective Lance Mitchell also summonsed Erica Curtis, 26, of Nobleboro for criminal trespass and Andrew Baldwin, 38, of Nobleboro, for criminal trespass.
Oct. 30, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Dwight Benner, 53, of Waldoboro on a warrant.
Oct. 30, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Sanford Winchenbach, 47, of Waldoboro on a probation violation.
Oct. 30, Officer Michel Dutil is investigating a reported break in.
Oct. 31, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report that a subject hit a private vehicle and harassed the owner’s husband.
Nov. 1, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report that someone threw apples at a house.
Nov. 1, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report that all four tires were slashed on a mail jeep.
