Dec. 20, 2010, Officer Michel Dutil investigated a report of harassment. Subject was found and warned.
Dec. 21, 2010, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report from Preservation Management of the theft of $1180.
Dec. 24, 2010, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating two reports from the same citizen that someone damaged a parked motor vehicle and later, that someone was trying to break into the parked motor vehicle.
Dec. 25, 2010, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a reported theft of wood.
Dec. 26, 2010, Detective Lance Mitchell is investigating a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle.
Dec. 28, 2010, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a reported theft of a snow blower from the Medomak Middle School.
Dec. 29, 2010, Officer Thomas Bartunek is investigating a report of criminal threatening.
Dec. 31, 2010, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report of theft of $129 worth of groceries from a motor vehicle.

Dec. 22, 2010, Officer Thomas Bartunek summonsed Douglas Knowlton, 20, of Waldoboro for operating after suspension.
Dec. 24, 2010, Officer Sean Kozer arrested Joseph Roy, 23, of Augusta on a warrant.
Dec. 24, 2010, Officer Sean Kozer summonsed Hailey Brazier, 21, of Waldoboro for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Dec. 27, 2010, Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Luke Wooster, 35, of Waldoboro for a violation of conditional release.
Dec. 29, 2010, Officer Sean Kozer arrested Deborah Winchenbach, 50, of Waldoboro on two warrants.
Dec. 29, 2010, Around 11:55 a.m. Andrew Naum, 16, of Rockland, was northbound on the Manktown Road when he lost control of his 2006 Ford, four door sedan due to road conditions. Naum spun counter clockwise and struck a tree, causing $15000 damage to his vehicle. He was not injured. Officer Sean Kozer investigated
Jan. 3, Vicki Moriarty, 51, of Bath, was traveling south on the Washington Road around 4:03 a.m. when she lost control of her 2001 Subaru station wagon due to road conditions, crossed over to opposite side of the road and crashed into a pole. Moriarty complained of pain in the stomach/chest area. Officer Michel Dutil investigated.
