Waldoboro Police Report

The Waldoboro Police report the following activities from the previous week:

AccidentJune 13, Operating on the Castner Road around 7:20 a.m., Deborah Anderson, 49, of Waldoboro, struck a deer when the deer ran out into Anderson’s path. The accident resulted in an estimated $2000 damage to Anderson’s 2007 Ford, SUV. She was not injured. Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated.

June 13, around 1:10 p.m. Cheryl Kee, 44, of Waldoboro, and Lorice Dubord, 47, of Waldoboro, were both eastbound on Kaler’s Corner Road. Dubord was stopped at the intersection waiting to cross Main Street when Kee struck the back end of Dubord’s 1995 Jeep, SUV causing $1000 estimated damage to the Jeep and $2000 estimated damage to Kee’s 1999 Mercury, four door sedan, There were no injuries. Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated.

June 14, Traveling south on the Finntown Road around 5:15 p.m., Jared Simmons, 35, of Friendship drove off the road, struck a CMP pole and rolled over into ditch. Simmons exhibited bleeding in the arm area. Simmons’ 1992 Pontiac, two-door sedan, sustained $6000 estimated damage. Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated.

Arrests/SummonsesJune 14, Officer Thomas Bartunek summonsed Rebecca Delano, 35, of Waldoboro for assault.

June 18, Officer Michel Dutil summonsed Mackenzie Murray, 19, of Waldoboro for an inspection violation.

June 19, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Eric Montgomery, 19, of Waldoboro for burglary, theft and a violation of conditional release.

ComplaintJune 15, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a reported burglary and theft.
