The Waldoboro Police report the following activities from the previous week:

Arrests/SummonsesJuly 27, Chief William Labombarde and Officer Thomas Bartunek arrested Brandon Gresham, 18, and Zachary Cardilli, 19, both of Warren. Cardilli and Warren were both charged with burglary (three counts), theft (three counts) and criminal mischief (two counts).

July 27, Officer Bartunek summonsed Jeff Banker, 39, of Brownville Junction for an inspection violation and operating after suspension.

July 27, Officer Bartunek summonsed Carrie Genthner, 35, of Waldoboro for operating after suspension.

July 31, Officer Jeremy Joslyn summonsed Jeffory Fletcher, 21, of Bristol for criminal trespass.

AccidentsJuly 25, Operating a 2001 Chevrolet, pickup truck southbound on Main Street around 9:03 a.m., Terry Burns, 62, of Norway, misjudged a curve, ran off the side of the roadway, and rolled over. Burns was not injured. Officer Thomas Hoepner investigated.

July 26, Jeffery Page, 47, of Belfast, was driving a 2010 Ford sedan southbound on the Atlantic Highway when he struck a deer that crossed in front of him around 9:02 a.m. Page was not injured. Officer Hoepner investigated.

July 28, Arthur Kee, 50, of Waldoboro, who was driving a 2007 Ford, utility vehicle, backed into a legally parked 2000 Volkswagen sedan, operated by Patricia Austin, 60, of South Portland, in a parking lot off the Atlantic Highway around 1:03 p.m. Neither party was injured. Officer Sean Kozer investigated.

ComplaintsJuly 26, Chief Labombarde is investigating the theft of medication from a vehicle.

July 29, Officer Hoepner is investigating a report someone damaging trees and a lawn on private property with a motor vehicle.

July 29, Officer Hoepner is investigating a report theft of a utility trailer.

Aug. 1, Officer Hoepner is investigating a report of a damaged mailbox and smashed bottles in a private driveway.
