ComplaintsJan. 1, Officer William Shuman is investigating a report of theft of an iPod touch, $200 value.

Jan. 7, Officer Jeremy Joslyn is investigating a theft of services complaint from Moody’s Diner.

Jan. 8, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an unwanted person report. Subject found and warned on trespass.

Jan. 8, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a criminal mischief compliant.

Summonses and ArrestsDec. 22, 2011, Officer Thomas Bartunek arrested James Lemay, 60, of Washington for operating under the influence.

Dec. 23, 2011, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Corey Main, 36, of Waldoboro for a probation violation.

Dec. 23, 2011, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Thomas Powell, 20, of Friendship on a warrant.

Dec. 24, 2011, Officer Jeffery Fuller summonsed Thomas Powell, 20, of Friendship for theft.

Dec. 27, 2011, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Jason Oliver, 34, of Nobleboro, for theft by deception and aggravated forgery

Dec. 27, 2011, Officer William Shuman arrested Dwayne Adams, 40, of Lewiston, on a warrant; and,

arrested Shawn Brewer, 29, of Waldoboro, on a warrant.

Dec. 31, 2011, Officer William Shuman summonsed Michelle Stanley, 38, of Owls Head for speed.

Dec. 31, 2011, Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Jason Mackenzie, 39, of Waldoboro on a warrant.

Jan. 5, Officer Sean Kozer arrested Jessica Parker, 29, of Nobleboro on a warrant.

Jan. 8, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Jayson Maxcy, 28, of Waldoboro on a warrant.

AccidentsDec. 21, 2011, Maria Howell, 41, of Waldoboro, was northbound on the Friendship Road when a deer ran in front of her 1998 Volvo passenger car and was struck around 9:55 a.m. Howell was not injured. Officer Sean Kozer investigated.

Dec. 23, 2011, Arline Lawless, 24, of Thomaston, was operating a 1995 Jeep utility vehicle west on the Old Augusta Road, when she lost control due to weather conditions, left the roadway and struck a utility pole at 5:04 a.m. Lawless was not injured. Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated.

Dec. 26, 2011, Joseph Brann, 17, of Waldoboro was operating a 1993 Chevrolet pickup truck on Feyler’s Corner Road at 12:49 p.m. when he lost control of his vehicle due to weather conditions, left the roadway, rolled over and came to rest on the roof in the ditch. He was not injured. Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated.

Dec. 27, 2011, Karla Vannah, 45, of Waldoboro, was exiting the driveway of the Waldoboro Baptist Church while operating a 2004 Dodge passenger car. Coming down the hill, Vannah slid into the rear of a 2005 Dodge pickup truck operated by Eric Harrington, 51, of Bristol. Harrington was also in driveway, spreading sand. Neither operator was injured. Officer Thomas Hoepner investigated.
