May 25, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report from the Eastern Maine Railroad of the theft of some metal.
May 26, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report of the theft of two small statues from a yard.
Officer Jeremy Joslyn is investigating a report of the theft of some money and a checkbook.
June 4, Officer Jeremy Joslyn is investigating a report of the theft of a canoe.
June 5, Officer Jeremy Joslyn is investigating the reported theft of a ring.
June 7, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report of the theft of 6 gallons of gas and tanks they were in.
June 9, Sergeant Jamie Wilson is investigating a reported stolen wallet.
Officer Sean Kozer arrested Zachariah Sawyer, 18, of Waldoboro on a warrant out of Knox County.
May 23, Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Michael Ward, 38, of Waldoboro, for domestic violence assault.
May 26, Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Daniel Hennessey, 45, of Jefferson for a violation of conditional release and a violation of a protective order.
May 27, Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Joel Gehrmann, 24, of Waldoboro for operating under the influence and criminal mischief.
May 31, Officer Jeremy Joslyn summonsed Jabon (cq) Chubbuck, 20, of Nobleboro for speed.
June 5, Officer Sean Kozer summonsed Jesse Leonard, 17, of Washington, for unnecessary brake/acceleration noise.
May 23, Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated an accident on the Kaler’s Corner Road at 7:16 p.m. between Andi Debellis, 18, of N.Y., who was driving a 2006 Subaru sedan. Terry Emerson, 59, of Friendship, was driving a 2010 Ford, pickup truck, and Debellis was traveling south on the Kaler’s Corner Road and stopped at the intersection. Emerson was driving east on Main Street. Debellis failed to see Emerson and struck Debellis, then she struck fire hydrant.
May 24, Officer Sean Kozer investigated an accident on the Atlantic Highway at 2:42 p.m. between Mary McIntyre, 60, of Waldoboro, driving a 2007 Chevrolet sedan and Thomas Burkart, 51, of Connecticut, driving a 2007 Ford utility vehicle. Burkart was parked at a gas pump, with his rear driver’s side passenger door open. McIntyre entered the parking lot and struck the open door of the Ford. McIntyre stated she saw the door open on Burkart’s vehicle when she entered the parking lot and believed she had enough room to get past it without hitting the door.
June 2, Officer Jeremy Joslyn investigated an accident on the Atlantic Highway at 7:42 p.m. between Kristina Hall, 26, of Waldoboro, who was driving a 1993 Nissan Sedan and Aaron Lavoie, 25, of Cushing, was driving a 2001 Chevrolet sedan. The Hall vehicle was traveling south on the Atlantic Highway. Lavoie was stopped on the Atlantic Highway getting ready to turn onto the Old Route One. Hall struck Lavoie in the rear. Hall stated she didn’t see Lavoie was stopped.
June 7, Officer Sean Kozer investigated an accident on the Genthner Road at 7:45 a.m. Benjamin Smith, 18, of Waldoboro, was driving a 1993 Subaru sedan westbound when he fell asleep, crossed over the oncoming lane, went off the road and struck a tree. Smith sustained abrasions and bruises in the crash.
