Sept. 26, Officer William Shuman summonsed Todd Dodge, 39, of Waldoboro for harvesting shellfish without a town license.
Sept. 26, Officer Bartunek summonsed Sierra Benner, 24, of Waldoboro for assault and criminal mischief.
Sept. 28, Officer Shuman summonsed Isaac Ward, 32, of Waldoboro, for harvesting shellfish without a town license.

Sept. 27, Officer Joslyn is investigating a report of criminal mischief at the Miller School.
Sept. 28, Chief William Labombarde is investigating the reported theft of a handicap placard from a vehicle sometime the previous evening.
