Complaints and investigationsNov. 27, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a complaint from Moody’s Diner of the theft of a generator.

Nov. 28, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report of the theft of a radio and some money.

Dec. 1, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report of a theft.

Dec. 2, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.

Dec. 2, Sergeant Jamie Wilson is investigating a report of harassment.

Summonses and arrestsNov. 19, Officer Thomas Hoepner summonsed a 17-year-old juvenile for criminal threatening. (Violation date is Nov. 19, summons date is Nov. 27.)

Nov. 27, Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Derek Bragg, 24, of Waldoboro, on a warrant.

Nov. 29, Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Dierdre Albert, 40, of Bristol for criminal mischief.

Nov. 29, Sergeant Jamie Wilson arrested Donald Prior, 39, of Bremen, for a violation of conditional release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

AccidentsNov. 28, Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated an accident on the Atlantic Highway at 6:44 p.m. involving Travis Rideout, 23, of Holden, driving a 1995 Mitsubishi sedan. In a second vehicle, Maureen Hoffman, 56, of Newcastle, was driving a 2004 Honda sedan. Rideout was traveling north on the Atlantic Highway. Hoffman was traveling south on the Atlantic Highway when Rideout lost control due to road conditions, crossed centerline and struck Hoffman. Travis Rideout complained of pain.

Nov. 29, Officer Sean Kozer investigated an accident on the Atlantic Highway at 2:13 p.m. Chace Hayes, 16, of Waldoboro, was driving a 1994 Chevrolet pickup and Zachary Rideout, 17, of Warren, was driving a 1998 Chevrolet pickup. Rideout was on stopped at the stop sign on the Manktown Road. Hayes was on the Manktown Road behind Rideout, and struck his vehicle from behind.

Dec. 1, Officer John Lash investigated an accident on the Friendship Road at 8:06 p.m. involving Kelsea Wotton, 16, of Friendship, driving a 2006 Chevrolet sedan. Wotton was heading south on the Friendship Road and lost control due to road conditions. Wotton went into southbound ditch and struck two trees. No injuries.
