Waldoboro Police Department report the following:

Complaints and investigationsFeb. 27, Officer Thomas Bartunek and Detective Jason Benefield are investigating a burglary report.

March 1, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report of theft of a cellphone.

March 3, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an unwanted person complaint. The subject was found and warned on harassment; and investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle.

Arrests and summonsesFeb. 26, Officer Thomas Bartunek summonsed Gordon Webster, 41, of Waldoboro, for operating under the influence.

Feb. 26, Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Jeremy Carey, 35, of Waldoboro, for domestic violence assault.

Feb. 28, Officer Thomas Hoepner summonsed a 12-year-old male, of Waldoboro, for assault and terrorizing.

March 2, Officer Thomas Hoepner summonsed a 13-year-old female, from Union, for possession of marijuana.

AccidentsFeb. 28, Officer Sean Kozer investigated an accident on the Winslows Mills Road at 6:26 a.m. involving Jonathan Achorn, 30, of Friendship, driving a 2004 Dodge pickup truck. Achorn was northbound on Winslows Mills Road and due to weather conditions he lost control and went off the roadway to the right. He spun sideways, went down an embankment and into a brook. No injuries.

March 1, Officer Sean Kozer investigated an accident at the Chapel Road/Feyler’s Corner intersection at 4:31 p.m. involving Caleb Corbin, 18, of Nobleboro, who was driving a 2008 Dodge van. Nicole Thomas, 19, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2001 Dodge pickup truck and was northbound on Feyler’s Corner Road. Corbin was stopped at the stop sign on Chapel Road and turned turned left onto the Feyler’s Corner Road as Thomas was going through the intersection. Thomas struck Corbin. Injuries are indicated.
