The Waldoboro Police Department report the following activities from the previous week:
Sept. 27, Sgt. Jamie Wilson summonsed Richard Levensaler, III, 29, of Jefferson, for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Sept. 28, Officer Fuller summoned a 14-year-old male for assault and criminal threatening.
Sept. 27, Richard Levensaler, III, 29, of Jefferson, was driving a 2002 Chrysler sedan west on the Old Augusta Road around 8:45 p.m. when he traveled off the roadway for approximately 150 feet before hitting a utility pole along passenger side. The rear passenger side of vehicle struck the pole hard enough to turn vehicle 180 degrees. The vehicle rolled onto its side and traveled rear first before flipping back onto its wheels. It is unknown how many times the vehicle rolled before it came to rest on the westbound shoulder. Officer John Lash investigated.

Sept. 27, Chief William Labombarde investigated an unwanted subject. The subject was found and warned on harassment and criminal trespass.
Sept. 27, Officer Fuller is investigating a reported theft of money from a residence.
