Dec. 27, 2013, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Nikolas Ames, 23, of Waldoboro, for criminal mischief and a violation of conditional release
Dec. 29, 2013, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Isaac Ward, 33, of Waldoboro, on a warrant.
Dec. 31, 2013, Officer John Lash arrested Danielle Barbrick, 31, of Portland, for operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.
Officer Larry Hesseltine, as the result of an accident this date, summoned Allyssa Grover, 20, of Waldoboro, for a violation of learners permit.
Dec. 31, 2013, Officer Larry Hesseltine summoned Pradit Potts, 41, of Waldoboro for displaying fictitious vehicle certificate.
Jan. 1, Officer Larry Hesseltine arrested Richard Goff, 55, of Warren, for operating under the influence.
Jan. 2, Officer Larry Hesseltine summoned Timothy Lash, 48, of Waldoboro, for failure to register motor vehicle.
Jan. 3, Sergeant Jamie Wilson arrested Shane Stockbridge, 19, of Warren, for operating after suspension and operating under the influence.
Jan. 1, Officer Larry Hesseltine is investigating a report that a residence was broken into, and approximately $150 worth of property was stolen.
Dec. 26, 2013, Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated an accident on the Kaler’s Corner Road at 3:55 p.m. Christopher Creamer, 68, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2012 Ford sedan. Shale Maynard, 23, of Waldoboro, was driving a 1997 GMC pickup truck. No injuries. Creamer was stopped, signaling to make a left turn into Hannaford Brothers, and Maynard was traveling behind Creamer, and was unable to stop due to the road conditions. Maynard rear-ended Creamer.
Dec. 30, 2013, Officer John Lash investigated an accident on the Bremen Road at 8:25 p.m. Patrick Ginnaty, 61, of Waldoboro, was driving a 1999 Volkswagen sedan. No injuries. Ginnaty was traveling north on the Bremen Road. A deer ran into the roadway from the right, and he struck the deer causing damage to the front of the vehicle.
Dec. 31, 2013, Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated an accident on the Jefferson Street at 11:10 a.m. Lyndon Lawson, 78, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck. Allyssa Grover, 20, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2005 Pontiac sedan. No injuries. Lawson was traveling north on the Jefferson Street, and Grover was traveling south on the same street when she lost control on ice covered roadway and crossed over the center line hitting the Lawson vehicle and going off the road on the left side of the roadway.
Jan. 1, Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated an accident on the Genthner Road at 3:19 p.m. Richard Goff, 55, of Warren, was driving a 2006 Volvo sedan. Goff was traveling east on the Genthner Road, he drifted over into the snow bank on the right side of the roadway. The vehicle got pulled into the snow bank where it traveled for about 50 feet before hitting a utility pole. No injuries.
Jan. 3, Officer Andrew Santheson is investigating an accident on the Atlantic Highway at 9:38 a.m., where a vehicle left the scene of the accident. Roger Feltis, 21, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck. No injuries. The first vehicle failed to stop at red blinking traffic light and traveled in front of Feltis in the intersection. Feltis stepped on brakes and lost control and spun around and struck rear corner of truck on guardrail. No injuries.
Jan. 4, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an accident on Friendship Street at 10:08 a.m. Jonathan Clowes, 63, of Cushing, was driving a 2003 Toyota sedan. Mindy Lovoie, 37, of Friendship, was driving a 2002 Ford sedan. No injuries. Clowes failed to see Lovoie stopped in the roadway for the flagman and struck Lovoie in the rear.
Jan. 4, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an accident on the Atlantic Highway at 12:45 p.m. Jonathan Maxwell, 72, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2013 Subaru utility vehicle. No injuries. Maxwell was driving too fast for road conditions, failed to maintain control of his vehicle on slippery snow packed and sanded road, leaving the roadway and coming to rest on top of an island.
Jan. 4, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an accident at the Main Street/Jefferson Street intersection. Arnold Benson, 69, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2002 Suzuki utility vehicle. Michael Bradstreet, 36, of Warren, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck. Rebekah Lueddecke, 21, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet sedan. Benson slid on Main Street due to road conditions, while attempting to make turn. Benson slid into Bradstreet, and slid into Lueddecke. No injuries.
Jan. 5, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an accident on the Washington Road at 2:34 p.m. Sheila Lowe, 35, of Washington, was driving a 2012 Toyota van. No injuries. Lowe attempted to stop for a vehicle making a left turn into a driveway, went into a skid due to road conditions, and came to rest in a ditch roadside.
