Sept. 18, Seth Lawler, 27 of Waldoboro was charged with operating under the influence, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident.
Timothy MacArthur, 48, of Rockland for speed, Sept. 24.
Michelle Wasielewski, 39, of Rockland, for failure to produce license, Sept. 24.

Sept. 16, Officer Chris Spear investigated a trespass complaint. The subject was found and warned on trespass.
Sept. 17, Officer Chris Spear is investigating a complaint of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle.
Sept. 17, Officer Larry Hesseltine is investigating a reported breaking and entering.
Sept. 18, Sergeant Jamie Wilson investigated a complaint of an unwanted subject. The subject was found and a trespass order was issued.
Sept. 21, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating the reported theft of a 2005 Chevrolet sedan.
Sept. 23, Officer Larry Hesseltine is investigating a report of criminal mischief to a mailbox.
Sept. 24, Officer Larry Hesseltine is investigating a report of a break in at a private residence resulting in the theft of money and medications.

Sept. 27, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated a report from the Big Apple of a $15.01 gasoline drive off. The driver was found and returned to pay for the gasoline

Sept. 28, Sergeant Jamie Wilson is investigating a complaint that someone cut down trees on private land.
Sept. 18, Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated an accident at the intersection of Manktown, Chapel, and Union roads around 11:29 p.m. According to police, Seth Lawler, 27, of Waldoboro, driving a 2000 GMC pickup truck, and Joshua Neubig, 22, of Friendship, driving a 2003 Volkswagon sedan, were both traveling north on on the Manktown Road. Neubig passed Lawler and pulled to the side of the roadway. Lawler failed to see Neubig had stopped and struck Neubig’s sedan in the rear. Neubig’s sedan subsequently struck a utility pole. Lawler drove off and crashed again a few miles from the scene. Both operators were injured.
Sept. 18, Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated an accident at the intersection of Chapel Road and Feylers Corner intersection around 11:45 p.m. involving Seth Lawler, 27, of Waldoboro. According to police, Lawler, driving a 2000 GMC pickup truck, left an accident scene on Manktown Road, failed to see a stop sign, drove straight through the intersection, over a wood pile and a rock, then down an embankment, coming to rest just before entering a stream. Lawler fled the scene and was located by police, lying in the roadway just up the road.
Sept. 19, Keith May, 71, of Lincolnville, operating a 2010 Honda sedan, was traveling east on the Atlantic Highway around 8 p.m. when deer came out into the roadway. May attempted to brake and avoid the deer, but struck and killed one of them. May was not injured. Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated.
Sept. 25, Around 3 p.m. Meredith Perry, 40, of Spruce Head, driving a 2005 Nissan sedan, and Daniel Ciaburri, 27, of Cheshire, Conn., driving a 2008 Mazda sedan, were traveling west and stopped in traffic on the Atlantic Highway. John Lazaro-Beckman, 32, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2011 Ford sedan west on the Atlantic Highway and failed to see Ciaburri’s vehicle stopped in traffic. Lazaro-Beckman struck Ciaburri’s vehicle, pushing Ciaburri into the rear of Perry’s vehicle. No injuries. Officer Christopher Spear investigated.
Sept. 27, Around 8:20 p.m., Debra Townsend-Sokoll, 61, of Nobleboro, was operating a 2008 Toyota sedan west on the Atlantic Highway, followed by James Corbin, 50, of Nobleboro, who was operating a 2005 Chevrolet sedan. Both vehicles were in the inside travel lane going up the hill, with slower traffic keeping to the right lane. Corbin went out around Townsend-Sokoll on the right, using the slower traffic lane. Townsend-Sokoll moved to the right to change lanes and struck the side of Corbin’s vehicle. No injuries. Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated.
