April 30: Officer Hesseltine investigated an accident on Atlantic Highway at 9:45 p.m. Daniel Parmelee, 73, of Nobleboro, was driving a 2008 Toyota van west when a deer came into the vehicle’s path and the vehicle struck the deer.
May 9: Officer John Lash investigated an accident on Friendship Road at 4:50 a.m. Kaitlyn May, 20, of East Poland, was driving a 2008 BMW sedan north when a deer entered the roadway from the left. The vehicle struck the deer. There were no injuries.
April 30: Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated a report of the theft of a check.
May 1: Officer Fuller investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.
May 4: Chief William Labombarde investigated a harassment complaint and issued a warning.
May 5: Officer Hesseltine investigated a report of the theft of a trailer and ladder with a value of $900.
May 6: Officer Fuller investigated a report from the Moose Crossing Garden Center of the theft of $50 worth of plants.
May 6: Sgt. Jamie Wilson investigated a report of the theft of a trailer plate.
