AccidentsNov. 26, Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated an accident on the Manktown Road at 6:43 p.m. Kristofer Ryan, 27, of Warren, was driving a 2007 Dodge sedan. Ryan was traveling south on the Manktown Road, lost control on the snow-covered road, and struck a tree stump. No injuries.

Dec. 1, Officer Christopher Spear investigated an accident on Winslow’s Mills Road at 8 a.m. Jonathan Sawyer, 44, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2003 Ford pickup. Sawyer was traveling northbound on Winslow’s Mills Road. The vehicle left the roadway on the right side, struck a stump, and after traveling approximately 25 feet in the air, impacted another stump and mailbox. The vehicle came to rest at the end of a driveway. Possible injuries to driver.
