Waldoboro officer’s responded to 288 calls for service in this time period. Below are a few of the highlights.

Arrests/summonses Christopher Davis, 40, of Warren, was summonsed for speeding in a school zone, Oct. 2.

Derek Hinckley, 30, of Cushing, was arrested for possession of schedule W drug, Oct. 2.

Sarah Stalcup, 34, of Cushing, was arrested for possession of schedule W drug, Oct. 2.

Sumner Keith, 23, of Nobleboro, was summonsed for possession of marijuana, Oct. 3.

Ronald Richards, 44, of Richmond, was summonsed for possession of marijuana, Oct. 4.

AccidentsOct. 3, a parked, unoccupied 1994 GM pickup truck, formerly operated by Tammi Winchenbach, 53, of Waldoboro, was backed into the parking area next to Delano’s Seafood on the Atlantic Highway. Around 9:13 a.m., Tyler Black, 26, of Otis, was backing a 2007 Hino delivery truck between Winchenbach’s truck and Delano’s Seafood for a delivery. Black stated he thought he was far enough away from the truck, but he backed into it, causing damage. No injuries. Officer Andrew Santheson investigated.
