June 10, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Olivia Carter, 22, of Waldoboro for a violation of conditional release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
June 10, Officer Sean Kozer arrested Gregory McRae, 35, of Union, for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.
June 1, around 6:31 a.m. Eric Lugar, 35, of Tenants Harbor, was southbound on the Atlantic Highway when he veered into the northbound lane and struck an oncoming 2006 Toyota, four door sedan, operated by Michael Deangelo, 31, of Yarmouth. Damage to Lugar’s 2007 Toyota four door sedan estimated at $700 damage. Damage to Deangelo’s Toyota estimated at $3000. Deangelo complained of pain in the back area. Officer Sean Kozer investigated.
June 1, Clyde Braun, 58, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2007 Chevrolet, pickup truck northbound on the Winslow’s Mills Road when he fell asleep around 8:05 a.m. Braun’s truck went off the side of the road and struck a DOT sign, causing approximately $50 in damage to the sign and $2000 estimated damage to the vehicle. June 1, Dean Slye, 91, of Waldoboro, was southbound on the Atlantic Highway and attempting to make a left hand turn onto Main Street around 9:57 a.m. Edward Feeney, 65, of Portland, was northbound on the Atlantic Highway while operating a 2006 Chevrolet, SUV. Feeney, who was operating, drove into the “left turn only” lane and passed a vehicle on the right. He did not see Slye who was making a legal left turn, and struck Slye’s vehicle causing an estimated $10,000 damage to Slye’s 2011 Subaru, four-door sedan and $5000 estimated damage to Feeney’s Chevrolet. June 1, Terry Emerson, 58, of Friendship, was stopped in Goodnow’s parking lot waiting to pull out onto Bremen Road. Staci Murray, 29, of Waldoboro, turned onto Bremen Road from Main Street and then turned left into Goodnow’s parking lot. Emerson backed up as Murray entered parking lot and struck Murray’s vehicle, a 2003 Chrysler passenger car causing minor damage to Emerson’s 2010 Ford pickup truck. Neither operator was injured. Sergeant Jamie Wilson investigated.
As the result of the accident Staci Murray, was charged with operating after suspension.
