A Waldoboro man is missing and believed to be somewhere between Waldoboro and New Bedford, Mass., according to a press release issued by the Waldoboro Police Department.
Peter J. Collins, 47, is white, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, with blue eyes and brown hair, according to the release. Collins was last seen on Sept. 19 driving his forest green 1999 GMC Denali SUV with Maine lobster license plates 549 ABL, according to the release.
Collins suffers from an undisclosed physical ailment and did not have his medication with him when he went missing, said Waldoboro Police Chief Bill Labombarde.
Waldoboro Detective Lance Mitchell is investigating Collins’ disappearance. Anyone with information about Collins or his whereabouts should call the Waldoboro Police Department at 832-4500. All information will be handled confidentially, according to police.
