Three area fire departments have opened their doors as warming stations, and more locations are expected to open, according to Tod Hartung of the Lincoln County Emergency Management Agency.
Fire departments in Alna, Dresden and Wiscasset are presently open and available for residents to warm up in. Any additional locations will be posted here as soon as the information is obtained.
