A Washington man has been arrested in both Lincoln and Knox counties, after an incident at Medomak Valley High School in Waldoboro.
Conrad Freeman, 18, was arrested on April 10 and served a protection from harassment notice prohibiting him from the building and grounds at the high school.
According to police reports, Freeman threatened to harm students and administrators. He was charged with terrorizing, criminal threatening and criminal trespass.
On April 12 he was in Rockland District Court facing charges of domestic violence terrorizing and violating a condition of release.
Freeman was accused of threatening to kill his grandparents.
According court documents Freeman became agitated when served with the harassment notice April 10.
Freeman then told his grandparents he would get some guns and come back to kill them, the affidavit states. He said that he had a “bullet for every cop because a good cop was a dead cop,” according to the affidavit.
Freeman was later arrested in Rockland in regard to the latter threats and taken to the Knox County Jail. He was transferred to Two Bridges Regional Jail where he is being held on $5000 cash bail.
