A winter storm that should begin with snowfall and then bring a chance of mixed precipitation is the subject of a Winter Weather Advisory issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) beginning Friday morning at 7 a.m. and continuing until 7 p.m. Friday evening.
Accumulation of 4 to 6 inches of snowfall is forecast, unless the storm brings less mixed precipitation, which could lead to accumulation of up to 10 inches, according to the NWS. Inland areas should see the most accumulation, according to forecasters.
