Daroyl Wilson, 20, of Jefferson, pled not guilty to seven charges of aggravated forgery and one charge each of forgery and theft by deception at his March 3 arraignment in Lincoln County Superior Court.
Police allege that Wilson, with the help and guidance of Franklin Arbour Jr., of Chelsea, printed counterfeit currency and fraudulent payroll checks in the summer of 2010.
A total of eight men, including Nathan Brewer, John Hourihan and Thomas Hourihan Jr. face or have faced charges in the case.
John Hourihan pled not guilty to two charges of aggravated forgery and one charge each of forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 3.
On the same day, Thomas Hourihan Jr., pled not guilty to one charge each of aggravated forgery, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Brewer pled not guilty to two charges of aggravated forgery March 10. Brewer’s trial is set for docket call on Tues., July 5.
Arbour is scheduled for arraignment on March 31 at 8:30 a.m.
