The Wiscasset Police report the following:
Officer Simmons assisted Lincoln County Sheriff’s Dept. with attempt to locate on Rt. 1.
On Nov. 19, Officer Bayha responded as escort for business on Gardiner Road.
Lt. Allen responded to a medical emergency on Gardiner Road, issued warning for unsecured dog in pick-up on Rt. 1, received complaint of theft at waterfront, took late car/deer report that occurred on Westport Bridge Road, and received complaint of erratic operation on Rt. 1.
Officer Williams received complaint of dog roaming at large on Beechnut Hill Road.
On Nov. 20, Officer Simmons responded to a business alarm on Rt. 1, made warrant arrest for Cumberland County at TBRJ, made service of paperwork for Boothbay Harbor Police on the Old Bath Road, made service of paperwork for Wiscasset District Court on Beechnut Hill Road, investigated juvenile problem at the high school, provided citizen assist with fingerprinting at the police department, assisted probation and parole with compliance check at the police department, assisted motorist on West Alna Road, and made warrant arrest for Rumford District Court.
Officer Michael Smith investigated an accident that occurred on Ready Point Road and investigated complaint of shoplifting at business on Rt. 1.
On Nov. 21, Officer Michael assisted Sagadahoc Sheriff’s Department with attempt to locate on Main Street.
Officer Walsh investigated hunting violation on Birch Point Road, responded to a primary school alarm on Gardiner Road, issued warning for speeding on Bradford Road, and responded to an alarm at the high school.
Officer Simmons responded to a medical emergency on Lowelltown Road, received complaint of erratic operation on Rt. 1, issued warning for speeding on Federal Street, and investigated suspicious activity at business on Rt. 1.
On Nov. 22, Lt. Allen assisted probation and parole with compliance check at the police department, assisted Augusta State Police with attempt to locate on Gardiner Road, assisted citizen with attempt to locate on Main Street, and issued a warning for failure to yield on Rt. 1.
Officer Simmons responded to a loud noise complaint on the Mountain Road and responded to suspicious person parked at business on Rt. 1.
On Nov. 23, Officer Simmons responded to an alarm at business on Rt. 1, responded to report of suspicious vehicle on Hilltop Drive, and responded to an audible fire alarm on Northwood Court.
Lt. Allen assisted motorist with lockout on Gardiner Road and assisted motorist who was broken down on Rt. 1.
Officer Banks arrested subject on a Wiscasset District Court warrant at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
On Nov. 18 Lt. Allen arrested Aaron Ashton, 28, of Harrison for failure to register or update information and issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia on Deer Ridge Rd.
On Nov. 18 Lt. Allen issued a summons to a male juvenile, 17, of Wiscasset for furnishing Schedule Z Drugs at Wiscasset High School.
On Nov. 18 Lt Allen issued a summons to a male juvenile, 16, of Wiscasset for furnishing a Schedule Z Drug at Wiscasset High School.
On Nov. 22 Lt. Allen issued a summons to Samantha F. Chases for Theft on Rt. 1.
On Nov. 20 Officer Simmons arrested Harold H. Own, 43, of Harpswell on a Cumberland County warrant for failure to appear in court at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
On Nov. 20 Officer Simmons arrested Jennifer L. Welch, 20, of Augusta on a Cumberland County warrant for failure to appear in court.
