Chief Troy Cline of the Wiscasset Police Dept. reports the following:
Nov. 28, Jessica Kosinski, 31, of Jefferson, was issued a criminal summons for failure to obtain a Maine driver’s license and a violation summons for inspection by Chief Cline.
Nov. 30, William Vaughan, 59, of Newcastle, was issued a summons for an inspection violation by Chief Cline.
Nov. 30, Bryan Buck, 59, of Wiscasset, was issued a summons for an inspection violation by Chief Cline.
Nov. 29, Patrick Murphy, 65, of Wiscasset, was driving southbound on Bath Road in the area of Holbrook Pond. A deer entered the roadway and struck Murphy’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Officer Perry Hatch was the investigating officer.
Nov. 30, William Denges, 39, of Westport Island, was driving southbound on Westport Bridge Road when a deer came out of the right side of the roadway and struck his vehicle. No injuries were reported. Officer Hatch was the investigating officer.
Dec. 1, Mark Ward, 53, of Wiscasset, was slowing down in a 2006 Ford on Gardiner Road to turn into his driveway. Rance Mills, 19, of Boothbay Harbor, was operating a 1999 Toyota. Mills failed to see Ward slowing, and struck Ward’s vehicle in the rear. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driveable from the scene. Officer Hatch was the investigating officer.
Dec. 1, Anna Rushlau, 17, of Dresden, was operating a 1992 Toyota on Old Dresden Road when she lost control of the vehicle and struck a utility pole. Rushlau complained of neck pain and was transported by Wiscasset Ambulance to Mid Coast Hospital for injuries. Officer Hatch was the investigating officer.
