Wiscasset Police Report

Wiscasset Police Chief Troy Cline reports the following accidents and summonses:

AccidentsOn Nov. 19 an accident occurred on Bradford Road involving Donald James, 50, of Wiscasset. A deer ran out in front of his 2006 Chevrolet truck causing damage to the front fenders and driver’s door.

On Nov. 29 an accident occurred on Main Street near Middle Street, involving Margaret Helming, 62, of Acton, Mass., and Nathaniel Juntura, 32, of Waldoboro. According to the police report, Helming, operating a 2010 Volvo, backed into Juntura, operating a 2004 Toyota Corolla.

SummonsesOn Nov. 21, Maria Loyola, 34, of Wiscasset, was issued a summons for passing a stopped school bus.

On Nov. 27, Lydia Brown, 19, of Nobleboro, received a summons for speeding, 68 mph in a 45 mph zone.

On Nov. 29, Steven Donahue, 25, of Allston, Mass., received a summons for speeding 53 mph in a 25 mph zone.
