Wiscasset Police Chief Troy Cline report the following arrests:
On Jan. 29, Dustin Elbridge Thiboutot, 35, of Boothbay Harbor, was arrested for falsifying physical evidence, violating condition of release and improper plates/false identification.
On Jan. 29, Clifton Ray Hannah Jr., 48, of Wiscasset, was arrested for tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim, violating condition of release and violating a protective order.
On Jan. 30, Philip Miles Harrington, 26, of Wiscasset, was arrested for possession of marijuana.
