SummonsRonald Salter, 77, Winchester, Mass., speeding, 72 mph in a 45 mph zone, unsafely passing motor vehicle, Aug. 3.

Erin Grace Miller, Wiscasset, 27, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection certificate, Aug. 3.

Edward T. Simpson, 42, Baltimore, Md., speeding, 47 mph in a 25 mph zone, Aug. 4.

Damian A. Wichenbach, 20, Warren, speeding, 47 mph in a 25 mph zone, Aug. 4.

Ramond R. Rines, 48, Wiscasset, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection certificate, Aug. 5.

AccidentsAug. 9: Officer Ben Kolko responded to a single vehicle motor accident on Bath Road. Hannah E. Cooper, 17, of Bowdoinham, was operating a 1997 Honda Accord southbound on Route 1 when it left the roadway, struck a tree, and rolled over. Cooper was transported to Mid Coast Hospital with minor injuries.
