John W. Weston, 24, Lewiston, speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone, failing to produce evidence of vehicle insurance, failing to carry vehicle registration, Nov. 1.
Oct. 22: Chief Cline responded to a two-car accident on Bath Road. Lynne Hughes-Brackett, 56, of Bristol, was stopped in the northbound lane of Bath Road in a 2007 Chevrolet Uplander to make a turn onto Old Bath Road. Danielle A. Harper, 22, of Bath, driving a 2002 Ford F-350, failed to see Hughes-Brackett stopped and struck the vehicle.
Oct. 27: Chief Cline responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of Big Al’s. Linda J. Campbell, 58, of Wiscasset, was attempting to pull out of a parking space in a 2015 Chevrolet Spark. Carolyn B. Lowe, 73, of Bath, was attempting to pull into a parking space in a GMC 1500. Campbell did not see Lowe due to a blind spot and the two vehicles collided.
Oct. 30: The Wiscasset Police Department assisted the Wiscasset Elementary School with a lockdown drill.
