Nicole Libby and Luke Weston, of Waldoboro, are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby boy, Zachary Joseph Weston, born on Sept. 16 at 8:02 a.m. weighing 7 pounds, 15 ounces, and measuring 20 inches in length. Also welcoming baby Zachary was big sister, Summer Marie Weston.
