Born on Tuesday, Aug. 1 at 3:37 p.m., Arlo weighed 9 pounds, 7.1 ounces and was 22 1/2 inches long.
He is welcomed by his proud parents, Katerina Guernsey and Philip Seekins. of Warren, his excited big brother, Alekzander, and his grandparents, Maryann and Paul Guernsey, Pamela Prentiss, and Gary Seekins.
