Born on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 12:54 a.m., Wilder weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20 inches long.
He is welcomed by his proud parents, Samantha and Ryan Regan, of Jefferson, and his excited big brother, Jack.
