Devon and Ryan Snell, of Waldoboro, are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby boy, Brooks, born on Wednesday, June 8 at 8:55 p.m. at LincolnHealth-Miles Campus weighing 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and measuring 19.5 inches in length. Baby Brooks was also welcomed by big sisters Kamryn and Caroline Snell.
