Cecilia Gwendolyn Bailey
Brittany E. and Daniel D. Bailey, of Nobleboro, are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby girl, Cecilia Gwendolyn Bailey, born on Thursday, Sept. 7 at 4:20 a.m. at LincolnHealth’s Miles Campus in Damariscotta weighing 9 pounds, 6.3 ounces, and measuring 21 inches in length. Baby Cecilia was also welcomed by older siblings Noah, Leah, and Owen.
