Parents are Scott Sutter Jr. and Sarah Sutter, of New Harbor. Big brother is Thomas Sutter. Grandparents are Scott and Wendy Pendleton, of Bristol; Janet and Richard Spinney, of Wiscasset; and Scott and Dawn Sutter, of Waldoboro.
