Born Sunday, March 7, at 4:59 p.m., Giovanna weighed 6 pounds, 8.2 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long. She is welcomed by her proud parents, Brittney Genthner and Robert Licciardi, of Waldoboro; her excited older sister, Samantha, and Certified Nurse Midwife Suzanne Norgang.
