Katrina Howard and Jared Drown, of Waldoboro, are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby girl, Madelyn Rose Drown, born on Sunday, April 10 at 8:22 p.m. at LincolnHealth-Miles Campus weighing 7 pounds, 11.7 ounces, and measuring 20 inches in length.
